EP YAYING collaborated with Lyu Yongzhong together to transform a historic landmark to a modern masterpiece in three years at No.16 Xinle Road.
Spanning four floors and nearly 660 square meters, the building recreates the centuries-old splendor of Shanghai by blending the exquisite elegance of classical Western aesthetics and the dignified modern Chinese style.
The ART DECO style exterior and the iconic minimalist white walls have been preserved with symmetrical and simple lines, adorned with the EP YAYING red logo. When you walk inside, you will feel like home.
